ONLINE SHOPPING CART SYSTEM HELP

Our online Shopping Cart System is designed for ease of use.  However we felt it was important to provide this help page in case you were experiencing any problems or difficulty in using our Shopping Cart system.    
 

  Items may be purchased simply by clicking the Add To Cart button located near each item listed on the pages of our site.  You can even insert the quantity desired in the box before pressing the Add To Cart  and that amount will be added to your Shopping Cart.   Quantity pricing will also be calculated automatically.

Some items you add to your shopping cart may be part of a group or have FREE items included with it.  If you attempt make a quantity adjustment in your shopping cart display to these items you will see the following text.

 This item is part of a package or group and cannot have a quantity adjustment without revisiting the page where the item was added to your shopping cart. There are three ways to make a quantity adjustment to this item.

1. To add another group of these items please revisit the page where you added these items and enter the desired quantity you wish to add.

2. To subtract a group of these items please revisit the page where you added these items and enter a negative number in the amount you wish to subtract (i.e. -1, -2 , etc..) - if a quantity box is available.

3. Or you can make an adjustment by emptying your Shopping Cart completely.
 

Using the continue shopping button will return you to the last page where an item was added to your shopping cart.

   Once you are done shopping you then just need to click on the Checkout button and you will be transferred to the Order Completion Start Page where you will fill in your  Name and Address ship to information. 

 Please note that none of the information you enter is posted or sent and nothing is final and no information is submitted until you press the final submit button for your order.  You can back out of your order at any time.  

 Please Note: The shipping amount will be calculated on your order prior to submitting your order when you go to the next page. This will allow you to calculate all charges prior to actually placing your order online.

Next you go to the Invoice page as stated above which will show you your current order amount, complete with shipping charges, any applicable taxes, and of course your complete order amount.  

Next and the last information you enter will be your method of Payment and all needed payment information. Also at this point the Shopping Cart system will give you the opportunity to print out a copy of your order for your records.

Then you will need press the Submit Order Button and your order will be posted on our server.

Please note that nothing is final and no information is submitted until you press the final submit button for your order.
Shipping charges include shipping, insurance, handling, and all packaging fees.
