( Ordered By Phone ) If you placed your order by phone - and you selected as your shipping choice - then this is the Phone Number you supplied at the time of your order. Again this number must be entered exactly as shown in this example- (xxx) xxx-xxxx
Make sure the area code is in parenthesis then a space, then the 3 digit prefix followed by a dash and then the last four digits of your phone muber. Please note that this number must be exact or your tracking information will not be found.
