The DPS3000 is a lightweight and compact "RAPID" charger that comes complete with four powerful 1600, Nickel Metal Hydride rechargeable AA batteries.  Unlike ordinary chargers, the DPS3000 will rapid charge a set of four batteries in less than three hours, and can charge one, two, three or four batteries at a time.  The sleek design featuring retractable AC prongs is ideal for travel, and it fits comfortably in a purse or shirt pocket.

Digital cameras can deplete a fresh set of alkaline batteries in as little as 20 pictures .  Unlike ordinary alkaline batteries the DPS-3000 Kit contains memory free nickel metal hydride 1600 mAH batteries that can be recharged up to a 1000 times and used as a direct replacement for standard AA batteries.
